Shipping is automated for the ff. countries:
Australia, Hong Kong, Japan, NZ, Singapore, South Korea, Philippines,
UK, France, Germany, Spain, Denmark, Netherlands, USA, Canada.
If your country is not in the checkout list, you may get a Shipping Estimate here.
Items are shipped from Manila, Philippines with costs based
on destination and weight/size. We refund any excess shipping
costs and use the most cost and time-efficient shipping option possible.
Lower shipping costs are prioritised, and thus we
package in a pouch when possible for a lower volumetric weight.
Should you wish for your item to be in a box, send us an
email so we can send you a custom shipping estimate.
Larger items/packaging incur higher shipping costs due to its volume.
Please allow 1-3 business days for processing of your order.
All orders are shipped out on Mondays, Wednesdays & Thursdays.
No shipments on Fridays & Weekends.
International Postal Shipping: 10-15 business days (M-W-S dispatch)
International Express Shipping: 3-5 business days
*This option is best for smaller items that fit in a 12” x 18” pouch.
We will send you a tracking number once your package has been sent out.
Once item is shipped, we will not be responsible for items lost or damaged during transit.
CUSTOMS & DUTIES
Some orders may experience customs delays.
Unfortunately, we have no control over these delays or charges.
Any applicable customs duties & taxes are assessed upon delivery,
to be shouldered by recipient. We suggest to check your
local office to avoid unexpected charges.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We accept exchanges for items that are damaged or are
not as described*. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase,
we may issue a store credit or exchange within 10 days of delivery,
upon approval of return. All sales on SALE items are final.
After 10 days all sales are final.
Items must be returned in unused & original condition, with tags,
packaging and receipt included. You may ship using any method of your choice,
at your expense. We are not responsible for any taxes incurred or lost/stolen returns.
Please send us an email at email@example.com, after which we
will send a return confirmation. Kindly allow up to 7 days for your
return/refund to be processed. We reserve the right to refuse
any returned item that does not meet our return policies.
*Please note that due to the handcrafted nature of our products,
slight variations in color and dimensions are commonplace and natural.
Any information you provide is confidential and will only be used
for order processing, marketing, and shipping. We will not disclose
details to any third-parties outside of our organization unless necessary
